Erika and Tim McWilliams of the historic restoration company Clover Lane Properties, LLC, are long-time residents of McKinney and the historic district. They strive to put each house first to ensure its integrity while adding modern amenities to suit everyday life. Many of the historic homes they restore were unfortunately stripped of their characters – the original details such as millwork, lighting, and flooring that make every individual house special. Clover Lane Properties restores that character while creating an upscale look that pays homage to a feminine and traditional feel.
